Fire Up Dirtbag Fans!

Nate's tball season is off to a great start. His favorite positions are catcher, pitcher and first base. And, of course, he likes to bat. The catcher mask makes catching pretty cool. This is tball so the most action in the field is between the pitcher and first base. We'll still catch him practicing his batting swing and doing the potty dance in the outfield on occasion but he's getting better at staying in his ready stance. We've learned that a BIG Gatorade is a reward for after the game and is not recommended for hydration during the game. Otherwise, everyone is running to the bathroom and the batting line up gets all screwed up! Nate is getting used to running with a batting helmet on. He has a big noggin' as it is and to add a heavy helmet and the expectation to run as fast as you can has taken some time to master!
